Despite a magical night where LeBron James scored 38 points, the Los Angeles Lakers couldn’t avoid a 104-116 defeat at the hands of the Minnesota Timberwolves, who will now also be looking to take the victory here.

A final quarter of 20-30 and an erratic Luka Doncic, who finished with just 17 points and 6/16 from the field, meant defeat for the Lakers in Game 2 of this series, wasting the great performance of a James who continues to show his high level.
